1. About MSPoojaWorld

MSPoojaWorld sells pooja items, idols, incense, diyas and gifting/home decor products online, with delivery across India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you using the phone number or email provided to arrange a replacement, partial refund, or cancellation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of shipping, which is free on every order. You may pay via Cash on Delivery or online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver across India. Delivery timelines can vary by location and courier availability. You can check your order status any time on our Track Order page.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6. Product Descriptions

We try to represent product colours, sizes and finishes as accurately as possible. Minor variations can occur due to the handmade nature of some idols and pooja items, and due to differences in device screens.

7. Limitation of Liability

MSPoojaWorld is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased on this site, beyond the value of the order itself.
