You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet at no cost — just email us with your order number. Given the nature of pooja items and idols, we don't generally accept change-of-mind returns after delivery, but if an item arrives damaged or incorrect we'll replace it or refund you in full. Are your pooja items authentic?

Yes — we source genuine, ritual-ready idols, samagri and pooja essentials. Minor variations in colour or finish can occur with handmade idols, which is normal and not a defect.
