Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel, email us at maasaraswatipoojastore@gmail.com with your order number. If you paid online, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Change of Mind Returns

Given the nature of pooja items and idols, we generally do not accept returns for a simple change of mind once an order has been delivered. If you believe your situation should be an exception, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

4. Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved, online payments are refunded to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch require no refund since no payment was collected.
