When you place an order, contact us, or track an order, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and order details. We do not ask for or store your card, UPI or bank details — online payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment partner.
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order and payment confirmations, respond to enquiries, and improve our products and service. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We share order information only with the parties needed to fulfil it: our payment gateway (Razorpay) for online payments, our courier partners for delivery, and our email service (Resend) for order notifications. Each of these partners processes your data only to perform their part of the order.
Your order data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and protected by access controls that restrict who can view or modify it. Reasonable technical measures are in place to protect your data from unauthorised access.
We use minimal local browser storage to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. This information stays on your device and is not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
